Suspended for high system resource useage

Hello, My account had been suspended for 1/3 times for using a high amount of server resources. I have followed the directions to Unsuspend my account. I was wondering if there is anyone that could tell me what was the cause of this suspension and how i can resolve this so it will not occur again. Thanks.

wordpress plug-ins have been known to cause some high resource suspensions on x10 servers. What plug-ins do you have installed?
