Suspended for inactivity despite logging into forums

Hi,

my account has been suspended for inactivity event though I've been logging into the forums. Is this an error or am I doing something wrong?

I have now unsuspended your account.
Not sure why you had this problem if you are logging into forums once a month.
We have the option for you to upgrade to our Prime service and not have to worry about it again.
