Suspended for inactivity?

Hey everyone....new to the game here and don't understand why the account was suspended. I work for a major magazine and really need this PHP hosting account to test things before I go live on the company server.

Someone help!

It is a requirement that you visit the forums once every two weeks to keep your account active (Posting not required).

You can unsuspend yourself from the suspension page by hitting the check reason and inserting your hosting name.

Where exactly this check reason is ? No my page there is only: To have your account unsuspended, create a thread on the forums.

You put your cPanel username, and it will tell you the reason. If your account was suspended for inactivity, the "Unsuspend Now" button will appear.
