Hi,

my account was suspended with the reason that I have "No workinn [sic] website". How do they define "working website" here?! I am still in the process of building the website and learning php, html, css and mysql. I work on the site pretty much every weekend because I don't have time during the week so it's not like I haven't logged into my account or edited my files in months. I have already submitted an unsuspend form earlier today but nothing has happened yet. How long does it usually take for them to react to something like this. I gotta say that this is pretty annoying. Seems like if you just want to work on your site leisurely on weekends and mostly for the purpose of learning the technologies involved they don't want you here. Seriously, what is a "working" website? The stuff that I did on my main domain and subdomains was publicly viewable. Doesn't that make it a "working" website?

A working web site is one with a viewable index that could support the X10 ads you agreed to display (if your account is ad-enhanced). You could put a temporary page, with the ads, that say you are building your site. Also, a suspension request is a post in the suspension forums, which is a sub-forum of the Free-Hosting forum, and you must respond to admins answer. X10 is not rushing you to finish your site :)

Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't sign up for the ad-enhanced service. I chose the ad-free kind. How does that fit into the picture?

If you had ad-enhanced, you would have to put an X10 ad on all viewable pages. If in your thread on the suspension forums, admin says they unsuspended you, put a temporary page that says your building your site.

A working or valid website would be, as stated, one with an index.html or index.php page. When the A.M visited your site for review, they may have found just a directory. They don't know you are using the account to test your programming skills and just found a directory, and not a website.

Please do the following to request unsuspension, once granted, please place some form of an index up.

1. Click on x10 link above ( Near UserCp )
2. Click on "Request Unsuspension"
3. Fill out form
4. Wait for staff to respond.
