Suspended for No Reason!

Hi Admins!
Why on Earth has my account been suspended? I have looked into the problem, and I get told it is for "Prolonged Resource Usage" or something, and that it will be sorted in 15 minutes. But this aint good enough for me, I want to know why my website has been kicked off the internet for absolutaly no reason.

High Resource usage wasn't a good enough response? Something on your website or account was using an excessive amount of resources and was disabled for 15 minutes. Seems if your site is using up more than its fair share of resources, that is a valid reason to suspend it.

You are about to be suspended for MP3's. Please read the Terms Of Service.

I have no MP3's on my website, I dont have any media files at all. can you please give me the URL to this so called MP3 file? The only media file i am aware of is a single WAV file in the back of my Live Chat program.

It's actually several MP3's in your "Music" section.

You can not host or link to any copyrighted file or mp3.

Nonono, that is not possible. My music room has only one file, and that is the index, and on that index, is a SWF feed. the feed does stream music, but it is not hosted by me, it is a Dizzler product. I have not got a single media file on my account, I promise that. I see what you meen now, but the music room does not actually hold any music files, it is just a SWF feed.

Thank you for un-suspending me, but I also need you to understand, that I have read the Terms of Service, and I am certainly complying with them, If a WAV file is illegal, please tell me now, but it is only 1.5 second duration.

Like i said in my prior post. X10hosting does not allow you to link to copyrighted media. This is due to FCC regulations and can cause lawsuits. Thats why we ask that you do not link to any copyrighted material.

Basically i am asking that you remove that MP3 player. Otherwise i will have to suspend the account for 7 days. I am normally not allowing you to have the chance to remove it. Normally i would just suspend it and make you wait 7 days to remove it.

OK, I understand, I will sort it now, but I will be puting it onto another server, and then linking to apage on that server, that redirects to the play out of this server, that way, it is not hosted by X10, and it is not linked to. I will use a redirect, so as to get rid of the direct page link.
