Got an update from one of the admins finally. They're going with it being a ZT as we do indeed have the logs indicating that the violation -did- occur.
Basically, it's like speeding through a red light, but being photographed doing it. The cops weren't there to get you before, but they have the proof to give you the ticket anyways. Same thing here - it wasn't suspended on upload, but it -did- record a log that the violation occurred, and as such it was suspended.
This is now a permanent suspension - all further access to the account has been revoked with no access permitted for any reason.
If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.
That is section 8, and because it's a breach of the terms outlined above, there's no way to get the files or database off of the account at this time.
