suspended for "other" reasons but no real info

i got a suspension reason code is "5A913B4AAF43"
but your staph only puts in the 1 word reason as "phishing"
i have parody pages is this the problem?
any way
i tryed to start a ticket but the ticket page failed to even start
ironic ?

when i try to search for eather term "phishing" or "5A913B4AAF43"
i get "The answer given for the random question was incorrect."
when it was not at all

and i am not supposed to put ticket requests here

please give a compleat reason for the unusual suspensions
not a 1 word reason that will require we waste your time asking more questions

please allow us to search forums without a chatchpa so we do not have to relie on the system to know we are humans since it may fail

please make an oficial ticket forum for any issues we are not needing privacy for
i case the ticket system needs fixing,,,

You can submit a ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com If you site was suspended for phishing, that means that it is probably logged as a phishing site by some company.. (Check phishtank.com)

Also, the captcha goes away after post a certain number of posts. I'm not sure what the magic number is, but I've already reached it and I haven't posted that much at all.

PS - The correct term is staff... staph I believe is how you spell the bacterial infection...

compairing them to the 2 bumbling robber / murderers in the movie fargo
& making fun of them overcharging me and alot of other people

if you blank a 200 page site due to a "phishing claim"

the tone of you message was condecending, acusitory, & indicates that

(a) you cannot research 1 page to see if it is a phishing site
since your company blanked the entire site ?

You have admitted to holding such a site which makes the case even more valid.
If you are trying to impersonate something,

Perhaps they should call it copyright infringement rather than phishing. From every definition of phishing I know, what he did was not phishing. Phishing implies criminal intent.

Even if the reason is wrong, both Copyright Infringement and Phishing carry the same penalty - Suspension pending Termination, files not available to be retrieved.


So the best possible thing that could happen at this point is unsuspension then immediate resuspension for copyright violation, which will still result in the same thing in the end - an erased account.

I was not arguing against suspension.
I was arguing that the formal charge should fit the facts. Then the accused knows exactly what he did wrong. Saying the page was an attempt at phishing did not fit the facts.

I guess it might boil down to what Wells Fargo was alleging as well; if they were alleging phishing and had the evidence to support it, then that's why the charge is what it is.

Kinda depends what Wells Fargo was calling it I guess since it was their copyright in violation anyways.

This user was suspended for Phishing because he uploaded a page that had a 75% match of the wells fargo page. Instead of nicely asking us to review his suspension because he thinks there was an error he instead opened multiple abusive tickets and also made multiple abusive posts on the forums, his other forum account was banned.

I can guarantee you if you open a ticket swearing and demanding stuff you will not get help, I'm not sure why anyone thinks we should take such abuse when we're giving something away for free. We're more than happy to look into any issue including a suspension being wrong if asked politely.
