I was unaware of what shell scripts could do, so i created a .htaccess file or i think i did, and then tried to run a shell script, And I also had no idea shell scripts were not allowed, all I saw was that they were not supported. What I was trying to achieve was a console like page, no not for browsing my website or anything, just for putting in commands like "write welcome" and then the script writes welcome. I will delete the files immediately once I get un-suspended.

Unfortunately due to the malicious nature of the script in question, and that it was effectively designed to bypass any security and protection we put in place on the server, we aren't able to lift this suspension. There's a significant difference between the type of "shell" you're looking at trying to make and the one you installed - the one you installed was specifically designed to allow you to run any SSH command on the server, just as though you had a direct connection to it. This places the security of the webserver at risk, which we cannot allow.
