Suspended for Upload?

I have been suspended be cause of...

High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be unsuspended in 15 minutes.

What was I doing? Uploading e107!

I will now say that, I have done NOTHING to the server so far, only tried an upload!

I'm just wondering.. Whats up with that?
