Suspended for what?

Was suspended while i was updating my wordpress version to 3.0.2 and i would like to know WHY this occured

Hello,

You were suspended for high resource usage, this could have just been caused by the upgrade script running, as it does take quite a bit of resources.

You are not unsuspended.
