Suspended Free Hosting

My Forum Account (username wileyjw) is active but my Free Hosting (username wiley) is suspended. I can't seem to find an option to unsuspended the account on the Account Panel. Can you please tell me what I need to do unsuspend this account?

You can unsuspend yourself in Hosting --> Suspensions. Direct link here in case menu doesn't appear: https://x10hosting.com/control?hosting&suspension

You have been suspended for inactivity, therefore you should be able to unsuspend yourself. Please remember to login to the forums at least once every 31 days.

Thank you. I have successfully unsuspended my account.

However, I am now encountering problems trying to login to the cPanel. I am using the following URL https://x10hosting.com/control to get to the Host Account Management page. From there I click on Login to cPANEL. A login window appears but it immediately shows an the error "Login Attempt Failed" before I even attempt to enter my Userid and Password. When I continue to try to logon I enter my Host Username (wiley) and my password but still get the message "Login Attempt Failed".

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please disregard previous post. After resetting my password I was able to access the cPanel.
