Suspended High Usage

This is actually pretty crazy but I have NEVER had this happen to me until recently, I published a less than 50 word post from my wordpress blog and I got suspended, how come it is so easy to get suspended now in days... It's my 3rd time today so please unsuspend asap.

im having exactly the same problem my site has not been visable for over 4 days now. then when it came back online i got suspended. im using wordpress too.. mmm would be nice to have my site back but i cant seem to get an answer.
