Suspended Hosting

Three month have passed and I still cannot access my hosting website: fs.x10hosting.com, and it states that it is suspended. When I login to my account however, there are no suspension issues!
What is the problem?

I've repaired the site, but you'll need to head to your account panel and reset your cPanel password. Something was bugged during the unsuspend, but the site itself is loading now in the mean time.

My website is now accessible however I still cannot access my hosting c panel! (neither my ftp), although I tried changing my password.
