suspended inactivity

Hi!

Tried the knowledgebase etc. without any success.
My account has been suspended and I can't logon to activate it again.
When I try to login, I only get a hard-to-read message about me having to sign up again with a new account. Hopefully.... this will not be neccessary.

Someone please help.

It looks like your account is terminated after 10 days in suspension state.
