suspended & logging into cpanel

Hi Folks

My account is currently suspended due to inactivity, Sorry, Away from my desk but very active in my life, I have logged in to my account recently but I cannot log into my cpanel in order to release my account. Can you help please,

Your account has been unsuspended and restored to the July 15th pre-migration backup. It did not exist prior to this as a result of the migrations.
