MySQL chatboxes are explicitly stated in the TOS when you signed up to be against the rules. Accounts found in violation of this rule are not unsuspened for any reason, and the files and databases are not recoverable. Unfortunately, there is no going back from here. Please be more careful reading the rules when you sign up for services in the future.
