Suspended page instead of my site

When i tried to browse my site: http://exchange.pcriot.com/ it says my account is suspended. When I put my cPanel username to the white line, it says that my account isn't suspended.

So, I'd like to know what's the deal, and if it is suspended, can I get it unsuspended. I also can't log in to cPanel so i guess I am suspended, but still... Can't see the reason or anything

It also seems that I can log in to my account panel and it says that I am not suspended. Is this just somekind of a bug?

I have fixed the suspension.
You login to the account panel with your forum username and password.
