suspended site

my site has been suspended, i went through the process of unsuspending but i still get a message saying ;We're removing the suspension now. Please standby and reload the page in 1 minute. Its been this way about an hour now. Any help would be appreciated.

Kicked the system, it should be unsuspended now.

thankyou sir but what happened ? i have been logging on pretty regularly or at least i thought i was. I have been using the file manager to modify my index file. is there something else i must do so I don't get suspended again?

Make sure to login at x10hosting.com/sso/login at least once every 30 days; if you're logging in directly to cPanel (or are using the built-in file manager that comes with some software such as Wordpress), the inactivity system unfortunately won't see it, so it wouldn't "reset" the 30 day timer.

As far as the suspension "sticking" and not letting it unsuspend, every once in a while the system has a day where it calls in sick, until we kick it
