Suspended: Supposedly automatic process has taken more than a full 48 hours

Just as the title says, I was banned for high data usage for my first time. The problem is I submitted a unsuspension request "May 4th at 1:43am" and now it is May 6th, I think this is a little long to wait for an automatic unsuspension don't you think? Please help me with this error.
