Well, an account manager (Hellsheep) has ruled that their presence and other contributing factors found on your website, as per livewire's post, Account Manager's rulings over rule mine and any of the Community Assistants. There is nothing I can do, but an executive or an admin could rule in your favour, although it's highly unlikely...

I can't log into my account to change ftp files and possibly delete my PERSONAL torrent files.

You can't get into FTP to erase them because it's a permanent suspension.

Uploading torrents and torrent trackers are against x10hosting's Terms Of Service and part of the ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.

From TOS:

* File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech.

You admitted that torrents were on your site and uploaded by you intentionally in your free hosting account. Even if your account was reviewed by the CEO himself, you still violated the TOS, and your account will remain suspended until it's automatically terminated. You'll not get your files back.

We don't expedite the erasure of permanently suspended accounts. The system automatically erases them after a time. The time is currently unknown, as it used to be 14 days, however there's accounts suspended for longer than that which are still around, so no promises when it'll get erased.
