Suspended with no reason listed

Hello.

According to my account panel, I was first suspended at 1:12am March 14th, then unsuspended at 1:12am, then suspended at 1:20am March 14th, then a second time in a row at 1:20am, then unsuspended at 1:20am, then suspended at 1:20am.

Upon attempting to view the listed reason for these suspensions, I was instructed to open a support ticket here.

Upon doing some digging, I believe this suspension is due to the migration process of my community boards from IPBfree to IP.Board, hosted on my free hosting account. In this process, emails are sent to the members of the board rather rapidly, quite likely triggering the suspension based on the 100 mail limit.

If this is the case, I apologise. I have devised an alternative method of notifying the board community of the move and will not need to utilise this again.

Actually, it seems more likely to be High Resource Usage -- the email suspension would not have been lifted without an Admin while the first two HRU suspensions can be lifted by the user.
There are others with "no reason given" suspensions and an Admin says he believes they are due to HRU.
He is looking into it tonight.
