I am tired of my account being suspended I was going to buy a hosting package but I dont think I will since all I get are problems with this crappy suspensions non stop.

The script you run pulls a lot of resources which is what is causing this. There wouldn't be a problem on premium since the limiters are a lot higher.
There is a very small tolerable limit for the amount of resources a free account can pull because there is by far a lot of users on the servers and we need to keep them fast for everyone.
