i question why you jumped to such conclusions.
You need to have a 1-1 translation of any non supported language to English/Spanish/French
using Google translator won't be allowed after December, you need to hand translate everything.

i do not believe language suspensions can be done by the user themselves.

They can not automatically unsuspend them selves in this case. Automatic unsuspension is only available if the reason is: Inactivity or High resource usage warning 1 and 2.

As mentioned "Unsupported language" does not mean your account is illegal, nor does it mean it is pirated. It simply means it is not in one of the allowed languages, and does not provide a translation into one either.

If you agree to place an easily accessible translation of your site you can be unsuspended. Note that after December 1st only fly automatic translation services such as, but not limited to, Google translate is no longer allowed.
