I'm not sure if I'm suspended but I can't access my website. I submitted a ticket a couple days ago and it doesn't even show up. Please help. Also when I tried to unsuspend my account it doesn't recognize my login.

There's no hosting account attached (linked) to your forum account, to be able to determine what has happened to your account, we'd need to know your cPanel name.

However it is possible that your account has been terminated if you have been inactive for a prolonged period of time.

My website was www.natural.elementfx.com and it just says "can't find the server"

Your account is probably terminated after 10 days in suspension state.

Create a new hosting account

And remember to login here on forums once in a month to avoid suspension.

an account with the name saylor were indeed found to have been terminated after being in a suspended state for more then 10 days.

You can sign up for a new account if you wish.
