Suspended :'(

Dears

My account was suspended before couple of days, when i put a ticket i didn't see any responds from the support team, and I contact them everyday through that ticket.
is there's any way to reactive it again?

Reason of suspended is: Maximum mail sents.

You are suspended for sending more than 100 emails in less than one hour..

I am Escalating your ticket to staff.. they will unsuspend you..
