That to me to do and as it to correct.

You are suspended because of inactivity...

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with forums username and password Then Click on view Suspension Report on Right Sidebar. There you can unsuspend your account manually

Remember You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity. cpanel or account panel Login does not counted.
