My account was suspended because of alleged phising site uploaded. But that is not what happened at all. I have my refog keylogger send a report VIA ftp to the website so I could view the reports. First I had it every 30 minutes then I switched that to every hour.

U must remove this ,otherwise u will get suspended again.I dont know whether ur account will be unsuspended.Usually Zero Tolerance Policy Doesnt allow UNSUSPENSION

Escalating to staff for further review.

The logical reason is that it's a keylogger - it's extremely easy for one of them to log a username/password, and it's probably picking the log up as illegal because of it's possibility to have a username/password stolen.
