Hey ive been suspended for high memory and cpu usage, im guessing this was when i was installing my website and whatnot. i would like to be unsuspended.

Login to your account panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and check whether you can unsuspend yourself(applicable only for 1 & 2nd suspension). If not post back here.

If this is your 1st or second warning then Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
then Click on hosting menu --> Suspensions. Click on Unsuspend Button.

i cant find the unsuspended button, and it is my second time, please help. Thx.

I had the option to click unsuspend me but it did me no good. looks like ive had 2 suspensions but theyre set on the same date and time? been installing the website and tinkering with it. wasnt aware that id get suspended. all i want now is for it to be running.

i looked just now on the status and i saw this:

I hit retry and it said "it appears we're having some issues please try again"

Yeah, when i got that error i tried to get unsuspended again and it worked in minutes.
