Actually, Its not bad publicity, for the fact that x10 is stopping phishing schemes is a good thing. Why would anyone listen to a person who scams someone, i don't know. So.. you don't really have a argument here. What you call bad publicity would actually be good publicity for x10, as we are keeping people from being scammed on x10 turfs.
