suspended

when I go to my page I get this message:

"Your Hosting Account is Suspended
Your account has been suspended by x10Hosting's administration. More information regarding this may be viewed under the account management system on x10Hosting.com."

But when I log in on my account I can't find anything about any suspension! Can someone please help me?

It's perfect english cause the account isn't showing it should be suspended.

I'm going to escalate this one up; I did try unsuspending it again but it's still saying suspended when you try to view it, so staff need to look and see if they can figure what's causing it.
