got suspended for doing maintenance in SMF

sent email as the timeout message said to do
went to account page and clicked to unsuspend....

still suspended and shows this message:

I just got suspended again while working on SMF portal blocks (in PHP)

can't get into cpanel now too

If you admin panel is causing the problem, you will have to disable the features via cPanel's File Manager (config files) or PHPMyAdmin (adjusting info in the MySQL database for SMF).

Will unsuspend one more time. Neixt time I will have to Escalate to a Support Ticket and you will have to work with a Staff member.

but as of right now, I get this on ALL pages now.
