I was suspended for uploading a phisher, I admit I did do this but I wasn't going to use it for any hacking purposes. I was just testing it out to see how the design looked. I am sorry for doing this, please can I get my account back?

Nobody uploads a phishing site for design purposes, don't insult us by pretending you were. Regardless of that, you will not be unsuspended as you have violated the Terms of Service and you will not be allowed access to your files prior to their deletion.
