Private servers are illegal, you are redistributing intellectual property, and two, no. These are clearly not allowed by the laws governed by our Terms of Service.

In what way am I responsible for his actions? Secondly, how do you know that this is a real private server?

You are 100%, fully obligated to make sure your account is withheld to the terms of service.

It's not the terms of service for the account owner, and the people who post on your forums are not to abide by that, and I am not going to verify that this is in fact a private server, I am making a highly correct educated guess that it is based on the context of the post.

By me downloading of those files, I am breaking my own countries laws and I am not going to do that.
