You can always look-up your suspension reason in your account panel. There is zero tolerance for file hosting in your account. Your account is permanently suspended. Any access to your account (including backups) is not allowed.

Yes, as I said to your other ticket about CGI, you are permanently suspended for running a file upload host in violation of the File Hosting section of the TOS.

This is a permanent suspension that cannot be revoked for any reason, and we are no longer obligated to provide backups, so I hope you took some earlier, cause it's too late now.
