how often do i have to login and if my account gets suspended does all my disk space and my sql get deleted.

You need to login once every two weeks.
If you are suspended all of your data is still on the server.
If you are terminated, it is deleted.

why would an account be terminated.

If you are suspended for 10 days, your account is terminated.
We also terminate accounts that have excessive illegal content on them and phishing websites.
