Suspended????

Hi:

I getting the following message:
Username: efranReason: High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be unsuspended in 15 minutes.Suspension lift on: 18/07/2008








I'm not doing anything on the server at all and i'm wondering if this is just me, is it happening to others?
