Hi, I have a website from you guys and it says I am suspended for 45 mins and I can't connect to the site at all! It says:
Your hosting account was suspended because:
High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be suspended in 45 minutes.
I am running a forum on my site and I need this badly because I have gaming clan. I gone through over 5 hosting companies because they didn't have what x10hosting has. I don't want the site to be suspended every couple of days. I am working on getting a paid host probably from x10hosting but as of right now I don't have the money. I understand that x10hosting limits the resources used but in every other company I had that was free was fine and I got no problems. This is the only company that said my site is using up a lot of resources. I want to stay with x10hosting because its the most stable hosting I had so far. So if we can talk about this problem that would be great.
