I've been suspended and after reading some posts I went to check the reason on the appropriate page.

When I push the check button, here's the answer:
The hosting account does not exist. It may have been terminated. Check Suspension Reason

Checking... Please wait...​

Unsuspending Account...Please Wait.​

Your account has been unsuspended, thank you for using x10Hosting.​

Ok someone could help me please?

We have not updated the suspended page to work with all servers yet because server transfers aren't done.

So why it is written "unsuspending account on my original post?

It's not me that have written these bold sentences.

After that, my accound is still suspended.
My address is redirected on x10lotus.x10hosting.com. It's unable to oopen the page error appears.

It is a default message even though it is false. We will have it working soon after the server transfer(s) are done.

Here's another message I had:
