you have suspendet my site at globalgrid.x10.mx. can you explain what i need to change?
i have no ftp access anymore. can you reopen ist and delete my content?! i have a local backup.

The suspension is permanent. It is zero tolerance. You won't get your account back.

what means zero tolerance? tolerance against what?

Zero Tolerance means that you committed a very serious violation of the Terms Of Service which you agreed to when you signed up.
Zero Tolerance means that your account is permanently suspended and will not be unsuspended.
