Suspending account-c-panel password

How do i unsuspend my account and pay and switch to a pay account so this stops happening.

I tried using dsdrake87 as a cPanel username but it doesn't work. Unless you give us what your cPanel username was, we cannot give you more information on your account.

There is another option other than upgrading to paid hosting for avoiding inactivity suspension, which is paying $3 a year. More details here:
