When I've signed up for this free "web hosting" service I've agreed to sign in the forum once every two weeks to prevent my account from being suspended.
The thing is that lately I was being suspended for inactivity every 5 days, and yesterday I was suspended for inactivity in less then 24 hours!
I don't understand the policy for this kind of situation, and I don't even have a lame direct channel to any kind of support, so I'm trying the forum to, maybe, get some sort of feedback from anybody.

Are you signing into the Forums, or onto the Account Panel?
Only the Forums count, and then you have to stay ~5 mins so the system can recognize you.

Also, if you unsuspend yourself, the system looks to see if you have logged in recently. If you have not, it puts you in the ToBeSuspended queue immediately. You do not get another 14 days (now it is 31 days) after unsuspending yourself.
But if you log onto the Forums, wait 5 min, and then unsuspend yourself, it should give you the 31 days.
