I've gotten suspened 4 times in the last 24 hours for high usages something. Why does this keep happening?

The automatic suspension script is a bit sensitive at the moment because of the server maintenance. It could be a script on your site that is using too much of the servers resources (CPU, Memory), or if you use cPanel's File Manager it could be that.
