I have unsuspended your account. If you have a continuously running script, either remove it or make it run less often.

Your website http://arodera.x10hosting.com/limesurvey/ is loading fine for me, Flush your DNS http://kb.x10hosting.com/questions.php?questionid=16 and clear your browser cache and then try again.
check to make sure you don't have a cron job running at < 5mins. This can cause a problem for you. Happened to me.
