Suspension Active, but want to remove files

Hi,
Recently I had my account suspended, and I am able to respect the decision. However, I previously used a home web server to store my site's files. After I signed up with x10, I moved all the files onto your servers via FTP. Now that my account has been suspended, I can no longer use cPanel, and FTP is unavailable and, as such, I cannot retrieve my files to return to my home server. If there would be some way that I could gain temporary reopen FTP or retrieve the files on your servers, that would be great.

Your account suspension is violation of TOS and it falls under zero tolerance policy. So your account can not be unsuspended and you can't get your files back. The account will be deleted eventually.
