Suspension again

Hi.
I've had some suspension problems a week ago. Now they were solved by disabling a certain plugin(addtoany, though I didn't really understand what was wrong with that). The site was working well up to now. Now I tried to upgrade my wp to version 3.0.2(it was said to solve some serious security problems), and then I got a suspension. Now when I try to unsuspend my account, it just stops over the pending status.
So what would be the cause of suspension? Can upgrading use too much system resources?(I tried to upgrade from wp admin panel) And why does my request for unsuspension stop over the pending status?

I have unsuspended you.

Upgrading uses quite a lot of resources, you might be better off upgrading manually
