Dear Admin and Staff X10hosting. I've registered in x10hosting for more than 1 year. My hosting account is deleted for not logging into the account portal for more than 3 months. I can't login because there is an interruption for 3 months from my isp (XL AXIATA-Indonesia). I can log into the account portal, but it appear the page "Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account."
I tried to sign up again to my existing hosting account, but was rejected for reasons using a proxy. I do not use a proxy, vpn, etc. (my isp implement random ip). How can I solved this problems.

Country: Indonesia (I know Indonesia blacklisted)

If your free hosting account was deleted, it is gone.

Since Indondesia is blacklisted, you cannot get a new one. It doesn't matter what ISP you use. Doesn't matter whether you are using a proxy or not.

If you have a free hosting account and are from a blacklisted country, if you let the account turn inactive and it is deleted, you are out of luck.
