I am a web development student and because of that I wanted to test how easy it is to make a phishing page. This pages have never been published yet, but for some reason the folder got included in the upload queue...

I uploaded the folder vissen which includes several test pages. There is an index.html file which warns people that the pages in that folder are FAKE, but I forgot to put it on the pages themself... The file which is intended to store the passwords does not have writing permissions so none of the phishing pages would really work...

This ticket is meant to be my statement about that I never planned to use the phishing pages and that I uploaded them because I did not carefully checked the files I had selected.

The folder and files are stored on: www.bluchware.nl/test/vissen/*

Can you please delete that folder + contents? I hope the issue is solved with this and that my site will be available again...

Greetings,

Bluch

We don't allow phishing pages -period-. Doesn't matter if they're for testing or not - you're committing several violations including trademark infringement and violation of US Privacy laws, so the suspension is -permanent-.

If you really want to do testing on stuff like this, do it locally. It drags our reputation down when we get nailed on AVG's LinkScanner for phishing or McAfee's SiteAdvisor, or Googles Advisory system, hence the no tolerance for -any- form of phishing whatsoever.
