Suspension before Migration

I have had an inactivity suspension in place since 12/8/19, before the migration began. Unfortunately I did not know about the suspension, but suspected it, before the migration began. I have attempted to "reload the page" from the suspension page multiple times since 12/20/19 but get no result. Is there anyone who can assist me with this? I'd really like to perform an update for my site. Until now, I've been satisfied with the service but if this can't be resolved soon I may have to search for a new host.
