[Suspension] Copyright?

Hi there,
My Account has been suspensed for "File hosting, copyright infringement." reason. I wan't to know what files are illégally hosted on my sites to resolve the problem that caused the suspension of my account.

File hosting is prohibited by our ToS, and copyright infringement is unlawful. Those two reasons fall under the zero tolerance policy, meaning that your website will not get unsuspended.

The copyright infringement was the music videos; if you want to challenge the suspension you're more than welcome to get it re-reviewed, but the file hosting part is a major no-no anyways.

What? But what files I have hosted! For the music-videos, it is our membres who put them on the site.
Ah! I understood, maybe you thaught that files are downloaded from wassystem-store.tk? But, no! At all! Files are hosted in different hosters, my site just gives the link and an image to the visitors. There is no file hosted on the site, and I am not responisble of the links that our members put on the site.
If you want, I'll remove the videos part althought it is just a picture with a link (the videos are not hosted on my site)... Why don't you see the structure of the site before suspending? There is no files hosted on the site. The site is a script that gives links and photos from an Sql database to share them with members, so, no, no and no hosting !

Then I'll escalate it up for a re-review; this'll turn into a ticket, so hit the orange link in the bar that'll appear at the top to go there.

One note to make: Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

The last part there would count in this case due to the links being to another server; if anything that was linked is illegal it could very well -still- result in a zero tolerance suspension (and indeed has in the past). That's up to the higher ups to decide at this point though.

I am sorry, we are not in the Netherlands. That excuse doesn't work here. You fully understood that you were sharing illegal content with users who visited your site. Please re-read the Terms of Service that you accepted upon creating an account with us. We do not allow illegal warez, software, or copyright content of any kind. This includes links to allowing users to download them from other locations. Essentially, it is the same as giving it to them off your hosting account. You can not be unsuspended because of our Zero Tolerance policy.
