My account has been 'suspended'. I have transferred my old site from my old web server at awardspace to here. But I accidentally uploaded the default index page file, that belongs to awardspace (copyright infringement)...

Please could I have my account re-opened so that I can delete this file?

I was getting redirected to the "website does not exist" page earlier on, but I think this is probably why. My site is freelancefryer.x10.mx

I'm lost to how it's their default index; I used to use them before joining x10 in 2005, never had a default index that they put on there.

For arguments sake I reregistered and it still has no default index left on there by them, let alone one that's a complete and full copy of their front page.

Based on that there's not much that can be done as far as I can see.

well i haven't got a clue what's wrong then. I was using the CMS Joomla v1.5 on awardspace and all I've done on here is upload via ftp (about 5,500 files) my joomla directory. I can't see how anything to do with awardspace could have got in there?

the only reason I thought it was an index.html/php file was because I got this reason for my account being locked:

"Suspension Reason: Index. Html copyrighted by awardspace. Com, which we are not. Phishing, copyright infringement, stolen property, zt"

Can I have my account unlocked please? So that I can recitify this issue.

We have a zero tolerance policy against phishing sites, meaning that we cannot unlock your account and you cannot regain access to any of the files.

Your account will be automatically deleted in around 14 days' time.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, but note that even if you somehow had the best of intentions when uploading the front page of awardspace.com, we cannot make exceptions to the rules.
